Arrival Time:
For a smooth shuttle ride experience arrive 10-15 minutes before the shuttle departs.

Boarding With Luggage:
Each adult passenger may board with one standard size checked bag (up to 50lbs) and one personal item. Additional charges apply for extra luggage. There is a fee of $12.35 for each added checked bag and $4.35 for each added carry on bag.
Boarding With Children:
All children under age 8, less than 57 inches tall and less than 40 pounds must be securely buckled in an age-appropriate child restraint seat. TPA Shuttles does not provide car seats.
Boarding With Pets:
Service animals are always welcome on TPA Shuttles. All other pets must be kept in a small (max size 2’x2′) airline-approved carrier. They must be clean, quiet and accustomed to travel. Only one pet per vehicle and reservations must be made in advance. Additional fees apply.

Safety Protocol:
Our fleet of luxury sprinter vans are regularly serviced by a professional maintenance staff to keep our vehicles in superior condition.
All of our drivers have passed rigorous background checks, received driving and safety training instruction and are insured. Drivers arrive in uniform for easy recognition.
Cleaning Protocol:
We ensure our team follows CDC guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19. Drivers are trained to sanitize each vehicle between rides. Health and safety are always a top priority!
Belongings:
Be sure to depart with all of your luggage and belongings. In the event that you leave an item on board, call us immediately at 813-523-7346 to arrange the return of your items.

Pick up and drop off are located at shuttle service parking areas. For exact locations view our schedule page. Our reliable shuttles are simple to book and advance reservations are required. In the event that your flight is delayed and you miss your reserved ride time simply board the next available shuttle.
Departure time is 30 minutes after arrival.

Provided there is availability, your reservation will be accepted on the next available shuttle.

Passengers must be at least 16 years old to ride TPA Shuttles without a guardian.

We do not permit eating or drinking while on our shuttles. Closed containers are acceptable.
Our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any specials at this time.
Rescheduling is FREE within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time.
In the event that you can’t make your shuttle or need to cancel your reservation, receive a full refund when you purchase our optional insurance plan for $19.35/pp. *Available as add-on coverage during booking. Refunds are only issued to customers who purchase booking insurance.
